I Spy ...In 55 Words

What do you spy
when you come to sea site?
Dolphins and whales,
Wiggling their tails;
Snails and seals,
Enjoying their meals;
Catfish and jellyfish,
Teasing fat-fish;
Wrasse and bass,
playing in mass;
What do you spy
when you visit sea site?
I spy fish prance, side by side;
I spy waves dance, carrying pride.

Here is my entry to the following memes:

Alphabe-Thursday,

Magpie Tale,

Flash Friday 55 at G-Man’s,

Writer’s Island,

And Pink Saturday, Happy Father’s Day!

Happy Writing!
Happy Father's Day!

As much as I love our Northwoods - the coast always entrances me - we are very far from the pounding surf and seashells...

Love the fish photo! I used to snorkel a lot while living in Central America and the colors of fish never ceased to amaze me.

I love walking on the beach with the waves washing over my feet, watching seagulls. This brings back several fond memories of family times on the beach, at Morro Bay, CA and Galveston, TX feeding seagulls on the ferry. Beautiful poetry!
