Magpie Tale In 55 Words-Hear The Quail Call

Hear the quail call,
Hear the quail call,
Have your energy refreshed without opening your door,
Hear the quail call.
.
Now the house is surrounded by the first snowfall,
Do your homework,
Hear the quail call,
Treat yourself with freshly cooked pork.
.
Open the door,
Blaze a trial,
Hear the quail call,
Breath and smile!

We have a few quail in our suburb, in the more wooded areas. They are beautiful, like your poem. :)

I love to listen to the quail call. During Spring and summer lots of quail families visit around my house.

What a nice way to combine two prompts.

I don't know if I would recognize a quail call. But, that house looks very pretty in the snow.

this happened to me this morning... okay, it was a bird (not a quail) outside my window... singing me awake. your poetry speaks of lovely ways to live... take a moment and hear, enjoy, live the song... lovely!

Very nice!!! My mother worked many years for a general practitioner that had a quail and pheasant farm. We often had them for dinner and I was allowed to collect eggs - it took so many quail eggs to make an omelet!

My 55 is at: It seemed like a nice little house in the winter snow - then, all of a sudden you took that mysterious turn!!
