Magpie Tale #77

Snowflake and giggling chips,
Golden hair dips,
Jokes baked,
Coke cans naked.
.
Hungry eyes,
Sexy pies,
Ghosts pancakes,
Earthquake body shakes.
.
Ex-lovers’ wine,
Angel and beast soup,
Someone screamed outside the door
While I noticed a bloody hand on the floor.

I liked the punchy, shortness of the tempo and the rhymes that made the ending even punchier!

That bloody hand! Oh my. All sorts of things can happen on a Summer Evening, and this painting invites us to find them, as you have.
