I Practice Better Living!

P

Pacing back and forth,
I practice better living;
Recycling myself,
I’m living off of the grids;
Aches, Acts, Reactions,
Few come to satisfactions;
Biting fingernails,
I run, ignoring dead snails,
LOVE will keep the course sailing!

Lovely poem!

The photo reminds me of the feel you get from an Andrew Wyeth painting. Serene.

Excellent Choka. The last line has such great meaning. I also like the 'aches, acts' alliteration.

Lovely poem and I like the sentiment. I've never heard of that form before. Nice job with it.

Nice write. I tried recycling myself by climbing into the bin, but they said I belonged to the category of items that they wouldn't pick up.

lovely poem. i like how you open with pacing, the concept of not getting anywhere, and close with another gerund, sailing, with a much different meaning. was that planned or organic? either way it's a rich detail in the most powerful spots.

Hi Jingle! I really liked your poem a lot!! I hope that I did mine right. I tried to do 5-7 5-7 5-7-7. Please let me know what you think and if I did do it right. I've never tried this before but thought that I would give it a shot :) Peace and love, Terri
