Silence is always best as the rock has endured this for aeons and still is...as to be it still takes in its depths to stay centrally aligned with the Universe so the only wisdom I ever seem to look from is the abstract and that would be silence and stillness in the rock..enjoy Jingle and Happy Monday to ya(+)
