Microfiction Monday In Blue

Lost in the sea
With towering waves
Blocking my way,
2 God I pray,
Please halt my grieves
by leading the way
2 a safe and sound bay.

Jingle I love the Imagery of this poem. It reminds me of days gone by when I learned to surf in Hawaii. Man did I ever want for the safe sand of land lol.

It would be so scary to be lost at sea and a relief to gain a safe harbor. Lovely, Jingle.

And I'm betting prayers like that get answered. :)

Beautiful poem.

Not all of us surf in the ocean, but we all do tackle huge waves in life.

Thanks for this.

Amen! We're all on those waves, reaching for shore!

I like your poem. We all have waves that block our way at times or even threaten to overwhelm us, but God will carry us through if we give it over to Him.

Very nice, Jingle. Prayer is good at a time like this. My boatsman said a prayer using HiTech, to the wrong god. :)

Our fears come calm near
With God and the guidance here
We get led back to our inner being
As it is the Soul doing the seeing
So as we come to grips with it is to be
We will never be lost like we were out at sea

enjoy and Happy Tuesday to ya Jingle(+)
